The Office of the Controller of Examinations oversees the planning, conduct, and evaluation of all internal and
university examinations at Milagres College, ensuring integrity, fairness, and adherence to Mangalore
University regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination of internal assessments and semester-end examinations
- Preparation of examination timetables and seating arrangements
- Coordination with Mangalore University for external examinations and results
- Maintenance of examination records, mark sheets, and academic transcripts
- Ensuring adherence to malpractice prevention protocols and examination discipline
- Addressing student queries related to revaluation, retotaling, and photocopy of answer scripts
