Finance Officer
The Finance Office at Milagres College is responsible for the sound financial administration and management
of the institution. It ensures transparency, accountability, and efficient utilization of resources in line with the
college's academic and developmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget
- Management of fee collection, accounts, and financial records
- Processing of salaries, scholarships, and staff reimbursements
- Coordination of financial audits and statutory compliance
- Liaison with the Management, UGC, and Mangalore University on financial matters
- Oversight of procurement and expenditure related to infrastructure and academic development
