The Placement Cell of Milagres College, Mangalore, serves as a vital bridge between academic learning and professional success. Dedicated to enhancing student employability and career readiness, the cell actively works towards providing training, guidance, and placement opportunities across various industries and sectors.

Through career counselling sessions, aptitude training, soft skill development programmes, workshops, internships, industrial interactions, and campus recruitment drives, the Placement Cell equips students with the confidence and competencies required to excel in today’s competitive job market.

The institution maintains strong connections with reputed organizations and industry professionals to create meaningful career opportunities for students. With a focus on holistic development, leadership, communication, and professional ethics, the Placement Cell strives to shape capable, industry-ready graduates who can contribute effectively to the global workforce.

Placement

Regular placement training is provided to the students. Annual job fair is organized in March every year.
Interviews are held through Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs Overseas Employment Division.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26

Milagres College continued to strengthen academic, industry, and institutional collaborations through various Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) during the academic year 2025–2026. These collaborations aimed at enhancing academic exchange, skill development, research opportunities, internships, industry exposure, and student enrichment programmes.

The institution signed an MoU with Fernandes Group, valid from 1 June 2024 to 1 June 2027, to facilitate industry interaction and training opportunities for students.
An MoU with Father Muller Medical College was active from 1 March 2024 to 1 March 2026 to promote academic collaboration and healthcare-related learning opportunities.
The college also entered into a collaboration with St Joseph College for the period from 1 March 2024 to 1 March 2028 to encourage academic cooperation and student development initiatives.
An MoU was signed with Section INFIN-8 Foundation, valid from 29 February 2024 to 29 February 2026, to support skill development and educational activities.
The institution collaborated with EYE Q Dot Net Pvt. Ltd. for the period from 1 December 2023 to 1 December 2026 to provide technical and professional learning opportunities for students.
An academic collaboration was established with Manipal Academy of Higher Education for the academic period 2025 to 2026 to enhance academic and research engagement.
The college signed MoUs with Sizzler Ranch Restaurant, Hollywood Enterprise Pvt. Ltd., and Palki Restaurant for the period 2026 to 2029 to facilitate hospitality training, internships, and industry exposure for students.
The institution also collaborated with Mangalore University of Professional Learning from 2025 to 2028 to support professional education and skill enhancement programmes.
An MoU with Amarea Tech Software Pvt. Ltd. was established for the period 2025 to 2028 to strengthen industry-academia interaction in the field of technology and software development.
The collaboration with St Aloysius College remains active from 2023 to 2028, promoting academic exchange and institutional cooperation.
The college also maintained its MoU with ISDC, valid from 2023 to 2026, to provide international and skill-based educational opportunities for students.
