The Youth Red Cross Unit and National Service Scheme, as an outreach activity, organized “A Little We Give, A Life We Lift”, a charitable drive for the students of Milagres College from 01 December to 06 December, 2025. The main objective of organizing the contribution drive was to provide the real meaning of value-based education, to enhance the quality of life and to build a better future. Students were encouraged to donate and help the needy in our society. The items donated by the students are as follows: roasted Bengal gram dal (1 kg), Bengal gram dal (1.5 kg), Bengal gram (250 g), wheat flour (1 kg), sugar (3 kg), mustard seeds (200 g), jeera seeds (100 g), banana chips (500 g), soaps (27), toothpastes (3), and pens (22). The collected items were donated to Mother Theresa’s Old Age Home, Attavara, Mangalore by YRC and NSS program officers.
