The National Cadet Corps (NCC), National Service Scheme (NSS), and Youth Red Cross (YRC) units of Milagres College, Mangaluru, in association with KMC Hospital and Manipal College of Dental Sciences (MCODS), organized a Free Health and Dental Check-up Camp on 28th May 2025.
The program was inaugurated with the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. Rev. Fr. Micheal L. Santhumayor, Principal and Campus Director, presided over the function and formally inaugurated the event.
Dr. Mithun Pai, Associate Professor, Department of Public Health Dentistry, MCODS Mangaluru, served as the resource person for the day. Mr. Herbert Mario Pereira, Executive – Sales and Marketing, KMC Hospital, Attavar, and Dr. Roma M, Associate Professor, Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics, MCODS Mangaluru, were the Guests of Honour.
The program was compered by Anusha, a student of II FND. Approximately 100 students along with faculty attended the camp's inauguration. A total of 362 students and 17 staff members benefitted from the free health and dental check-up services provided during the camp.
