The Eco and Life Science Association of Milagres College, in collaboration with IQAC, organized an awareness session on Green Terrace Activity on 28 October 2025 in Rooftop Garden at 10:56 AM. The awareness session aimed at to promote environmental awareness among students. To utilize terrace space for sustainable green development. To increase green cover and improve air quality. To educate students on basic gardening and plant care. To encourage teamwork and eco-friendly practices.
The Terrace Plantation Program was conducted to create a green space on the rooftop by planting selected saplings. Students from the Eco and Life Science Association actively participated in cleaning the area,
preparing the manure and planting the saplings. A total of 17 students took part in the activity, promoting environmental responsibility, sustainable gardening practices, and the effective use of terrace space for greenery.
