Nature of the Programme: Student Development and Skill Enhancement Competition
Objectives of the Programme:
- To enhance students' general knowledge and analytical thinking.
- To encourage healthy academic competition and teamwork among students.
- To test awareness of current economic trends, business affairs, and corporate concepts.
Description of the Programme:
The Commerce & Management Association of Milagres College, Hampankatta, Mangaluru organized a Business Quiz Competition – 2026. The competition was conducted in two stages-a Preliminary Written Round held on 22nd September 2026, followed by the Final Round on 30th September 2026 in the College Auditorium.
A total of 11 teams (consisting of 2 participants per team) participated in the written preliminary round. Following the elimination round, 6 teams qualified for the final round on stage. The competition was coordinated by Dr. Asha Jyothi (Staff in Charge), Ms. Latha II BBA and Mr. Nizamuddin II B. Com (Students).
Outcome of the Programme:
The event provided students with an engaging platform to test their business knowledge and logical reasoning. It fostered team collaboration, quick thinking and enhanced enthusiasm for learning beyond the classroom curriculum.
Results of the Competition:
- 1st Place: Saliha & Nishan – III BBA
- 2nd Place: Nikel Lance & Preethesh – III BBA
- 3rd Place: Nelean Joshua & Wasil Ahmed – II B. Com
