The Eco and Life Science Association of Milagres College, in collaboration with IQAC, organized a Quick
Art Competition on 25 March 2026 in Room 301 at 3:00 PM. The competition aimed to create awareness
about the impact of war on nature and the environment, promote critical thinking on environmental
destruction and conservation, and enhance understanding of the relationship between human conflict and
ecological balance. Through this event, the Eco and Life Science Association sought to provide a platform
for students to creatively express their ideas while enhancing their originality, critical thinking, and
presentation skills. The programme also intended to foster environmental awareness and a sense of
responsibility among the participants.
The competition was conducted from 3:00 PM to 3:20 PM, with a total of nine participants actively taking
part and showcasing their talents. The event began with a brief introduction, followed by individual
presentations from all participants. The judges, Ms. Shravya N and Mr. Royston, evaluated each entry based
on creativity, presentation, clarity, and overall impact. After the evaluation, the winners were announced:
Mr. Sudharshan C of III IDD secured the 1st prize, and Ms. Suchitra of III FND secured the 2nd prize.
The event concluded with words of appreciation for all participants, encouraging them to continue engaging
in activities that promote environmental awareness and creativity.
