Milagres College in association with Department of Commerce and Management association and Internal Quality Assurance Cell successfully organized a Written Quiz Competition on 19th February 2025 and Final Quiz on 28th February 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Ground Auditorium, Milagres Degree College. The event was conducted with the aim of fostering knowledge enhancement, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a spirit of healthy competition among students.
The competition was divided into two phases:
- Written Round: This was the preliminary round where 17 teams participated. Each team consisted of 3 members. This round tested the participants' knowledge across various domains including general knowledge, current affairs, and subject-specific topics.
- Final Round: Based on the scores of the written round, 6 teams advanced to the final round. This stage involved multiple segments, including buzzer rounds, rapid-fire questions, and visual clues, adding excitement and testing the quick-thinking ability of the participants.
Winners of the Quiz Competition:
After a closely contested final round, the winners were declared as follows:
- 1st Place: II FND
- 2nd Place: I BCOM (A)
- 3rd Place: II BBA
The winning teams demonstrated exceptional teamwork, in-depth knowledge, and quick decision-making skills.
Quiz master Mr Joel Mascarenhus conducted the event seamlessly and ensured an engaging and competitive atmosphere.
