The Staff Welfare Committee of Milagres Degree College organized a staff picnic on 30 May 2026 at River Roost Resort, Vamanjoor. The outing was planned to provide an opportunity for the staff to relax, interact, and strengthen team spirit outside the workplace.
The staff arrived at the resort at 9:00 a.m. and spent the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings and recreational facilities until 5:00 p.m. On arrival, they were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink, followed by an unlimited breakfast. The resort offered a variety of recreational activities in which the staff enthusiastically participated. These activities encouraged teamwork, fun, and camaraderie among the participants. Later, an unlimited buffet lunch was served, accompanied by a selection of refreshing soft drinks and mocktails.
After lunch, the staff had an enjoyable time at the swimming pool, making the most of the resort's leisure facilities. To add to the excitement, the Staff Welfare Officer organized a few fun games, which saw active participation and created a lively and cheerful atmosphere. In the evening, the staff gathered for tea and snacks before concluding the day's outing. The picnic was a memorable and refreshing experience that provided the staff with an opportunity to unwind, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and return with renewed enthusiasm.
