Department of Food Nutrition and Dietetics conducted Earn While Learn activity on Friday 22nd September 2023 from 12:50pm to 4:30pm. The purpose of organizing Earn While Learn is to provide the students a unique platform of learning how to earn while studying. Vegetable mixed Churmuri was prepared by the students of II&III B.Sc FND. There was total 18 students who contributed their time and skills in this activity. The products prepared are sold out by the students in the earn while learn counter. Students were enthusiastic to prepare and sell the products. They had a great experience with cooking and marketing the product with various skills. Total earning was 1190 Rs. out of which Rs 595 was the expense given to the raw material with the profit of 635Rs. Mrs. Prathibha Dsouza, HOD of B.Sc. FND department, Ms. Shaila Moras, Lecturer, B.Sc. FND department were present. Ms. Prima Ferrao was the in charge of Earn While Learn Scheme.
