International Women’s Day Celebration
The Gender Equity – Women’s Cellcelebrated
International Women’s Day on March07, 2024.Mrs. Marjorie Texeira, Former Bank
Manager and Entrepreneur was the chief guest for the program. She emphasised on
the position of women in the present time. Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor,
Principal presided the program and said that after god, women are the only ones
who can create life by giving birth. Ms. Shravya N, coordinator of the Women’s
Cell welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest. Muna Shareef of Ist
BSc FND shared the significance of the day and Amin Deep Dayanand, Secretary of
Women’s Cell proposed the vote of thanks. Maunapriya of IIIrd BCom B compeered. 165 girls participated in the program
and all the female staff members were present.
