The staff picnic held on January 31, 2024, at River Roost, Mangalore, was a delightful and engaging event, attended by a total of 40 staff members from both the teaching and non-teaching departments. The event ran from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and provided a much-needed break from the routine, fostering camaraderie and relaxation among the staff. Participants arrived at River Roost in their private vehicles, ensuring convenient and comfortable transportation for everyone. The journey set a positive tone for the day, with colleagues carpooling and engaging in lively conversations. Upon arrival, the staff were greeted by the resort staff and directed to the breakfast area. Breakfast, provided by the resort, was a sumptuous spread that catered to various tastes and preferences, ensuring everyone started the day on a delightful note. The resort offered a wide range of facilities and activities that kept everyone entertained throughout the day. Indoor Activities: Foosball, Housie-Housie, Ludo, Archery and Outdoor Activities: Rope activities, See-saw swing, Rain dance, Swimming pool. In addition to breakfast, the resort also provided a delicious lunch that included a variety of dishes catering to different dietary preferences. The meal was enjoyed in a picturesque setting, allowing staff to unwind and enjoy the scenic beauty of the resort. The staff picnic to River Roost, Mangalore, was a resounding success. It offered a perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and team-building activities. The event not only provided a break from the daily grind but also strengthened the bond among colleagues. Everyone left with a sense of rejuvenation and cherished memories, looking forward to the next outing.
