Milagres College, Hampankatta, Mangalore, hosted the "Job Fair 2024" on July 30, 2024, from 9 am to 3 pm. The event, organized under the guidance of Rev. Dr. Michael Santumayor, Principal. The fair was inaugurated by Mr. Ajit Kamath, Chairman, CII Mangaluru & Managing Director, Ajith Enterprises. Rev. Fr. Bonaventure Nazareth, Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, presided over the event. Mr. Melwyn Vas, Principal of Milagres PU College; Rev. Fr. Joseph Uday Fernandes, Principal of Milagres Central School; Ms. Patsy Vas, PTA President; Ms. Riana D’Cunha, MICAA President; and Ms. Athira Pazhedathu, the event coordinator, was present on the dais. 63 companies took part in the job fair, offering around 3000 job opportunities across various sectors. The event was open to candidates who had completed graduation, post-graduation, engineering, ITI, diploma, and hotel management courses, as well as students in their final year of study. 1,700 candidates attended the program.
