Milagres College organized a heartwarming Iftar Meet on March 23, 2024, at 6:15 PM in the College Auditorium, bringing together students and staff in a spirit of unity, reflection, and spiritual harmony. The event was graced by Rev. Fr. Dr. Micheal Santhumayor, Principal of Milagres College, who addressed the gathering with inspiring words of encouragement and solidarity. The Chief Guests for the evening were Nausif Hussain, MBA graduate and Campus Secretary of SSF DK District West, and Mohammed Azmal, a Civil Engineering graduate and PWD Contractor, also a member of SSF Karnataka. In his keynote address, Mr. Nausif highlighted the profound spiritual essence of Ramadan. He emphasized that fasting fosters patience, gratitude, and mindfulness, while also providing an opportunity to let go of negative habits and embrace spiritually enriching practices. The program featured a warm welcome address and a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Shabil of II BCA, showcasing their enthusiastic involvement and appreciation for the event. The formal segment of the evening concluded with a fast-breaking ceremony, where students observing the fast were treated to an array of traditional delicacies. The gathering created a warm and inclusive atmosphere that celebrated the values of sharing, empathy, and community spirit.
