On March 7, 2025, at 10 AM, the Women’s Cell and Youth Red Cross organized an informative session on women's hygiene. The session featured Dr. Fathima Suhana, BAMS, DCT, an infertility specialist and the Founder & Consultant of Unicare Clinic, Badriya Nagar, Mangalore, as the resource person. Dr. Fathima Suhana provided valuable insights into various health challenges faced by women, particularly those related to hormonal imbalances and irregular physiological cycles. She emphasized the importance of balanced nutrition, stress management, and regular health check-ups in preventing complications. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A segment, where attendees received guidance on personal hygiene and self-care. The event was well-received and proved to be an enlightening experience for all participants, reinforcing the significance of awareness and proactive health management. Rev. Fr. Dr. Michael Santhumayor, the Principal, addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of women's health and hygiene while emphasizing the need for awareness and self-care. Ms. Shahida Anjum, YRC Officer, welcomed the gathering, while Ms. Ayshathul Raasika, the Women’s Cell Coordinator, delivered the vote of thanks. A total of 176 girls attended the session, making it a highly impactful and successful event.
